Kingswood Homes is a Papamoa family owned business founded in 2017 by husband and wife, Nick and Jess Craggs. Nick is a licensed builder and has 15 years of experience in the trade. Jess is a communications and interior design graduate. Together they are a fantastic team supported by great builders and subcontractors.

Nick has a passion for building and a passion for people. After you meet him, he no doubt becomes a friend. He is meticulous about his work, gaining a reputation of quality craftsmanship and really being the man that you can trust to follow through on what he says.
As qualified Interior and Kitchen Designer, Jess has a lot to offer Kingswood Home's clients. Knowing first hand the building process has an overwhelming amount of choices , she will be right there to help you make them. Jess is the backbone if the business taking care of all the administration and accounting
